These general conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Rivka Creations, legally represented by Elisabeth RAHIER TIMMERMANS whose head office is located 6, Allée Christophe Colomb in 77400 Pontault-Combault, France. registered with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Île de France under the number hereinafter called "RIVKA CREATIONS" and managing the website www.rivkacreations.com and on the other hand, any natural or legal person wishing to proceed to a purchase via the website www.rivkacreations.com hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Article 1: object
These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between Rivka Créations and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.rivkacreations.com.
The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, of which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to ordering.
Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site www.rivkacreations.com is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing it to commit to these general conditions of sale.
In the event that the buyer wishes a transaction related to his professional activity, the buyer undertakes to inform Rivka Créations in advance by email and/or by telephone in order to find an agreement suitable for both parties.

Article 2 - Products

Article 3 - Prices
The prices appearing on the product sheets in the catalog are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC).
Rivka Créations reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order is the only one applicable to the buyer. Article 4 - Payment terms
Secure payment by credit card or Paypal (via the Paypal system).

Article 5 - Reservation of ownership
Rivka Créations retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, fees and taxes included.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
Under article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller. for exchange or refund without penalties, with the exception of return costs. The same rules apply to sale products.
However, personalized products made especially for the buyer (custom-made pieces at the buyer's request) are not subject to the right of withdrawal and are therefore neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Article 7 - Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, address confirmed by the buyer when validating the order.
Delivery times are indicative.
However, if these exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.
Rivka Créations provides the delivery tracking number by email to the buyer.
The buyer is delivered to his home by the postman or at a relay point depending on the delivery method chosen by the buyer.
If the buyer is absent from his home, he receives a delivery notice which allows him to collect his order at the nearest post office, during the time indicated by the services concerned.
If the buyer has chosen delivery to a relay point, once notified by Mondial Relay of the arrival of the package, they will have 8 days to collect their package. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender.
The risks linked to transport are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the order leaves the Rivka Créations workshop.
The buyer is required to check, upon receipt of the package and in the presence of the postman or delivery person, the condition of the packaging and the contents of his order.
In the event of damage during transport, any claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8 - Guarantee
All products supplied by Rivka Créations benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to Rivka Créations who will exchange it or reimburse it.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made via the contact page of the website or by email to rivkacreations@gmail.com within thirty days after delivery.
